Of interest to maybe only me, the 2009 GI Joe Resolute series that was on late night Cartoon Network last year featured HAARP as the weapon of choice for Cobra. I would normally cringe to mention something like GI Joe here, but that Resolute series was bad ass and definitely adult oriented unlike the old 80’s cartoon. Well worth checking out in my opinion.
